Mipcom 2019 is going to be abuzz with “Berry Bees” as co-production and distribution partners Atlantyca Entertainment, Australia’s SLR Productions, Ireland’s Telegael as well as Singapore and India’s Studio Cosmos-Maya present the first fully completed episode of the newest animated production, Berry Bees.
This year’s MIPCOM and MIPCOM JR attendees, will have an opportunity for a first look at the highly anticipated children’s high-energy, hilarious 52 x 11 minute spy action series.
The action-packed Berry Beesis a global production project with the participation of Rai Ragazzi and NINE Network.
The series is set to premiere in Australia in Fall on 5 October 2019 as the world premiere on NINE Network’s 9GO, with Rai following shortly and launching the series at Christmas.
Distribution is being shared with worldwide rights being handled by Atlantyca Entertainment with Cosmos-Maya handling distribution across Asia, SLR Productions handling distribution for Australia as well as New Zealand and Telegael distributing in Ireland and UK.
Berry Beesencompasses all of the precise required kid’s ingredients featuring three extraordinarily talented 10-year-old girls named Bobby, Lola and Juliette. Seemingly ordinary school-age children, they have been selected by the B.I.A. (Bee Intelligence Agency) for those special spy missions in which only child agents can be involved. Together the girls are known as the Berry Bees. When the world’s top-secret villains unleash their mayhem and the Berry Bees are summoned to the rescue, when theadult spies are simply not suitable for the case, Bobby, Lola and Juliette become mistresses of disguise, secret undercover agents, astute mentalists and rad martial arts experts who also use awesome berry-themed gadgets to save the day.
