Marvin is just un average kid: a bit absent-inded, a bit naughty, and with a bit of a tendency to come last in everything. He certainly doesn’t look much like a hero, and he doesn’t know the first thing about fighting battles, finding treasures, or breaking evil spells. Because the Parchment say she is HERO, Gil, Britta and Todd summon him to join the Company of the Distant Lands: together they will defend the Magic Shire against danger. Nothing is more important than protecting imagination!

Mario Paqualotto

Mario went to kindergarten when he was one. After elementary, middle, and high schools, he ended up doing psycholinguistic research at a university. In between times, he dedicated himself to fiction in all its forms, including comics, role-play games, and books.

At 30, Mario looked back on his life and had the realization that not a day of it had gone by without him studying, snooping, and making things up. And that’s what writing is all about.
